
Second Week of School: Back at It, Y’all
Well, besties, here we are—week TWO of school. We survived the first week (barely) and then I decided to spend the weekend in full-on lazy mode. I’m talking sat-on-my-booty, didn’t-close-a-single-fitness-ring kind of lazy. Except Saturday…because hula hooping is my new old flame, and she lured me back in with the promise of closing my move and exercise rings. But did I close my stand goal? Nope. Apparently, standing up is just too much to ask sometimes.
Fast forward to this morning: I rolled myself out of bed, walked Carson to the bus stop like the good mama I am, and by 6:30am I was already almost halfway to my move goal. That’s right—your girl is back. Kitchen’s getting cleaned, body’s moving, and attitude is set to “sass with a side of sparkle.”
Weekends are for lazy lounging, sure, but weekdays? They’re for showing these Apple Watch rings who’s boss. (Spoiler: it’s me.)
Now I’ve got laundry and housework calling my name, but I just had to check in and let y’all know—your Simply Sina is alive, caffeinated, and hula hooping her way back into shape. Catch y’all later, and remember: if the rings don’t close, at least your eyes can when you nap.
